Heartstart - Evening
Come along and join us for a FREE 2 hour Heartstart Session. Please note that places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you're booking on behalf of someone else, please ensure you book using the participants name. Participants will receive a recognised certificate on completion of the course.
Content
Heartstart training is a free 2 hour course. The course is suitable for all ages and covers a range of Emergency Life Support Skills (ELS) including:
- dealing with an unconscious casualty
- cardiac arrest
- suspected heart attack
- choking
- serious bleeding
Course times: 6.00pm - 8.00pm
Donations to the British Heart Foundation are accepted on completion of this course, but not compulsory. Please visit their website to donate. Donations to the British Heart Foundation is also accepted at the training venue.

Entry requirements
No formal entry requirements. The course is open to the public - Participants must be aged 10 years old or above. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
