January 25, 2017 By Eva Finlayson

Braveheart’s First Monthly Walk of 2017 went off with a BANG!

Braveheart’s first Monthly walk of 2017 went off with a bang yesterday with 42 walkers joining us at the Helix Park. We had an option of a 45 minute walk or a 1.5 hour walk, where we all met afterwards in the Falkirk Stadium Cafe for lovely refreshments. We also welcomed our Monthly Walk Mascot for 2017, Wallace the Teddy (pictured with our walker Jessie). Thank you to everyone involved.

Our next Monthly walk on Tuesday 28th February is taking us from the Falkirk Wheel, in the direction of the Helix Park. Both a short and longer walk option available, open to everyone and anyone. Keep a look out in the Falkirk Herald for more information nearer the time.

Braveheart now support Dementia Friendly walks, Sensory Centre & RNIB individuals, Epilepsy Awareness, and Addiction Support Counselling. Please contact Eva on 01324 673703 or eva.finlayson@nhs.net for any questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
